Hi Shane-in-Maine, I'd love to trade with you when things warm up a bit here in Vermont. I have plenty of Bee Balm. I can definitely send you some. It very quickly takes over a large area! I'll have a better idea in a month or so what I've got out there to trade. I'll check out your wish list when you post it and see what I can find for you.

Hi Shane, My greenhouse is moved and I, too am all gung ho for the planting season to start! I'm making an indoor bed and will start planting as soon as I get the granite sides moved! I have strawberries and want blackberries. I have some artichokes started, and may have some extras. I'm headed to Portland and Boston this weekend for the flower shows. Are you going?

Shane- Besides some great Raspberry Wine bee-balm, I would also swap for blueberry bushes: self-seeding digitalis lanata, feverfew, malva--and johnny-jump-ups!
(I am a Maine-iac myself, transplanted from coastal Waldo county......)

Hi

Do you still have your raspberries and blueberries and do you live in the southern part of Maine by chance? If so you might be interested in my plant swap Sat. May 25, near Manchester NH. I'm interested in the raspberries and blueberries and I know of several others who would be as well. Email me for details.

RE: WANTED: Have Concord grapes, Raspberries, Blueberries

Hello Shane, I was looking for Maine's wild blueberry. Would you do me a favor and let me know what you know about this plant. I have gotten the impression that you need to acquire some sod and cannot transplant established plants, would you agree with that.
Perhaps I can return the favor. I also live in zone 5 here in Connecticut and have a cottage garden. Every year I start several plants from seed so I have many more than I need. These include some wildflowers such as lupine and columbine, rose mallow, etc. I also have hybride lupine seedlings, hollyhocks, poppies, coreopsis, sage, lavender, bee balm, and a few other perennials. If interested in roses I have some potted roses that are several years old that need to go into the ground this year.
By for now, Anne

Would anyone like some concord grape vine/plants? They're trying to take over my yard.

I live north of Boston, near I-495/I-93.
