WANTED: Timing for Exchanges via Mail or in Person

I am new to the area (Seattle) and would like to know when to post in this forum any plant divisions that I have/post plants that I am seeking. I assume that it's too cold right now to do much of this. Thanks very much!

Welcome to the area, Rosesong. You can post the plants that you have/want on your trade list page at any time. The earliest plant swap is the Green Elephant in Kirkland. I believe that it is the beginning of March, but I'm not sure. There is also a Seattle trade about the same time. There will be a winter seed sowing event on the 17th. See greenelephants post for details.

If you're looking for fruit varieties, please check out my post in this forum about the Scionwood Exchange. Most of the stuff is for grafting, but some other minor fruits like Ribes, Ficus and Vitis will also be there as dormant cuttings.
Please do bring your marker pen and a few bags, rubber bands and label what you bring to trade.
Please do not bring Pets!
