I have several projects that need plants ;)

Tropical looking plants for a sunny deserted island

including elephant ear, hardy palm tree and hardy banana

White flowering perennials that will take part shade

native wildflowers

blueberries and evergreen huckleberries

ferns I don't have-such as harts tongue, autumn and ostrich ferns

Let me know if you have something and I will look at your list and see if I have something you might be interested in.

I have japanese painted ferns, cinnanmon ferns and ghost ferns to trade in addition to my list. I have alot that isn't on my list yet.

I have heirloom white calla lilies you are welcome to. They ahve a tropical flare to them, as well as a beautiful white trumpet like flower.
Let me know if you'd like a clump or three.... :-)

Hello Marc,
The calla lilies are a great idea! I could use a couple clumps. I will have dahlia tubers to share in April. It is easier to find the eyes then. I also have a nice red daylily with a orange center. And all the red bee balm you could want!
Let me know what sounds good and what trade you are going to.

I have some beautiful white lilies in exchange for some Japanese painted ferns. If you go to this url http://community.webshots.com/user/kendal27 then go into my garden album and look at pic 60 you can see a picture of the lilies. I'll be at the Green elephant trade. LMK.

Hi Teresa,

Do you have 3 that would be cool, and I'm going to go out later when it is warmer and dig up the bulbs for the lilies to see how many there are. (-: I've been looking all over for some painted ferns, but can't find them anywhere. Thanks!

Hi Teresa,
I still don't have much to offer in trade in the way of plants. I could bring you some nice coral vine seeds though. They are kinda tropicalish when blooming and I think they will do fine here. Very pretty bright pink blooms. Maybe a small trade of a japanese painted fern...but only if you have any left after your "real" trades :-) Thanks so much...My garden looks so much better thanks to you. My Painted tongue finally gave up this month with these constant frosts. They were lovely.

Hi Teresa, I sent you an email before I saw this post. Would love to trade any of your ferns,(ghost, cinnamon, deer, etc.) and white japanese anemone. I have some Campanula alliarifolia and Sympyandra hoffmanii, pendula seedlings (pretty small)Also have a large Ostrich fern (I think this is the variety, the ones that grow everywhere?) Welcome to check my list, will be adding more to bring to the green elephant. Thanks, Michelelee
