Some of my shrubs like my buddleias look wilted after the warm weather folled by the freeze. I want to cut them back but they had already begun to leaf. I would appreciate some advice, please!

Consider that as your Buddlejas and other shrubs leaf out this spring, the new leaves may hide those that were frostbitten and these frostbitten leaves will drop off also.

I just cut two of mine back severely last week. I wouldn't worry about cutting them now, they seem pretty hearty.
