Hello! My husband and I are trying to fix up our backyard here in Monroe Wa. It consists of weeds,tree stumps and clay soil. We got an estimate of about $2000 for a landscaper to come in and kill the weeds, till the soil, lay down top soil and place sod. We can't afford that LOL so we are going to try and do it ourselves. This is our first yard so we aren't sure how to go about it all. We are planning on buying a tiller (cause to rent a tiller and then get it to our house is more than we want to spend, crazy right!)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We are in zone 7. This is something we'd like to get done in a weekend and have it nice for our son's 4th birthday party on the 29th.
