| I've got several big leaf plants I could trade for a start of Tetrapanax papyrifera, especially. var. 'Steroidal Giant'. I understand that it suckers profusely. Any cultural information would be most welcome too.

| Hi Jim, I don't know of anyone with them to trade yet, but I just bought a couple of Steroidal Giants on Ebay for $12 ea., $35 for 2 incl shipping. There is also a guy in the Olympia area that is selling them out of his garden for $20 ea. ( Jay at thepalmhouse@comcast.net ). They also have them at Molbecks which is not far from you, but I think they want a premium for them. I'll have some in a couple years. ;) - Tom |
