WANTED: Buddleia Butterfly Bush - one time bouquet cutting

Hello,

I am pleased to be growing all of my own flowers for my wedding next summer, August 5th, 2011. One of my favorite blooms is buddleia, but having moved here only three years ago, mine are not large enough yet. I thought I would reach out to the gardenweb to find out if there is anyone out there in the PNW who would be willing to give up a one time cutting bouquet of butterfly bush blooms. I am specifically interested in black knight or white, but any color would be appreciated! I would be willing to pay a small fee for the cutting or can trade Sweet Pea Seeds, or work something out.

Also sent message to the email address you have on file; I have some purple, you are welcome to come collect any/all of it; I can send pictures so you can decide if it is enough to warrant the trip- just let me know.

Thank you so much for the reply! I'm in the Portland/Vancouver area; I have looked up where you live at it is way up there. I suppose I should have specified where I lived! Oops. :) You are very sweet to offer up your bushes and if I have trouble finding some a little closer I may be making a trip in your direction. I will certainly keep you informed if I decide to come up to Snohomish county. Thanks again!

I'm not exactly in your area either, but a little closer than Snohomish. I'm a little south of Tacoma...still far for butterfly bush blooms but if you get desperate you are more than welcome. Mine are slowing down right about now though so you may want to think of a back up :-) I think one of mine is black knight and I also have a lighter purple one.
