HAVE: lilacs

I have 2 lilac bushes that were around 2-3 feet tall when I moved in Jan 2004. They are now 6 feet tall. They were planted in an inappropriate spot (way too much shade and too close together) by previous owners. I have no idea what variety they are as they've not bloomed yet. There may be plants that I'd take in trade, but mostly I want these to be removed to a better home with lots of sun and space. I'm in South Seattle.
