WANTED: Mountain Hemlock for my maple

Looking for medium sized mountain hemlock hopefully to trade for the japanese maple I posted. Possible? One can hope.

Dear Julia, I have a 15 foot tall mountain hemlock at our church you can have. You would need to rent a tree spade to move it. It's going to be destroyed when we do construction next spring. I have a western hemlock (Tsuga heterophylla) sapling in a square gallon pot. It's almost identical in appearance to the mountain hemlock (Tsuga mertensiana). I'll bring one for you to consider. Tammy |
