WANTED: New to Ponding looking for

Hello:

I am new to ponding, we have pond set up and ready for plants. Does anyone have any plants we could start with. Unfortunately we do not have nothing to trade at this point, perhaps in future we will. We are not quite sure how this works either. It is a smaller pond, about 6' x 11', so smaller varieties would be great. somebody please let me know how this works when you have nothing to trade. All and any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration and/or help. Good day to you.

Hi, wish I had some pond plants to offer you! We put in a small preform last year and didn't get a lot of plants in before fall. We are building a bigger pond this year and I am looking for plants too! One way is to watch the posts of things offered for postage. You send them money or a priority stamp to cover postage and they send you the plants. There are many, many generous people on this forum and I am sure someone will send you some plants. If I had some, I would definitely give you some for postage. Good luck and keep watching for those posts that say something like "Have pond plants for postage". Usually it is someone who has an abundance and needs to thin out their plants!
