WANTED: Wanted large rooted edible lotus

I have been growing (and eating) a very small rooted lotus that I got quite inexpensively as its ID had been lost, but when visiting my grandchildren in SC discovered at an Asian market there lotus tubers the size of softballs. Unfortunately the staff did not speak good English and absolutely refused to give me contact info for their supplier. The local Asian marts don't carry fresh produce, Can anyone help me? My contact info is outdated, if you post here you have anything, I will email you back. Thanks.
