WANTED: plants to help clear water/control algae

Hubby says if we can't get the algae under control and the pond clearer, it has to go. Please let me know if you have a surplus of anything you'd be willing to share for postage. Thank you!!!!

I have a ton of Fairy Moss. It filters the water and keeps the algae down. However, if you have a pump or filter on the pond, try hooking up a UV light on the filter. Your pond will be crystal clear overnight.

That is the best thing to do for green water! A UV light will clear it by killing the green algae, then the filter can clean it out of the water. Then the plants can help keep it clear. A UV light is a well spent investment.
