WANTED: new water garden needs plants

Hi all. I'm a newbie to water gardens and have just started a 12 X 15 pond and garden. I'd be very appreciative for any advise or started plants that are hardy in my zone 6 climate. I'd be happy to reimburse for postage or trade for some perennial plants or seeds that I've acquired.
