You are right. There doesn't appear to be a member by that name.

There is the possibility that the member just joined today and the member page might not be seen/available until after the GW nightly updates (or something like that).

I'd just check tomorrow and before trading with a new/newer member, I would certainly require that they be set up properly for trading...ie having their Member Page email link enabled.

Per the 'sticky' here on the Seed Exchange, members are asked to have their email link enabled.
