| In response to a request from BJ, here is how to show us your goods!
1) Go to Photobucket.com
2) Start a new account, and follow the instructions to upload your pictures. There is no spam or viruses or anything from Photobucket. There are other picture hosting sites but all the others I have found full of pop-ups or not as good.
3) With Photobucket open in one window and Gardenweb open in another, start your message like so...
"Here is a picture of my iris bed." (hit enter to start a new line)
4) Then switch back to Photobucket, find the little bar under the pic you want that says "HTML TAG" and click right in the box. (This part is new on Photobucket), it will give you a little yellow banner automatically that says "COPIED"
5) Go back to Gardenweb and right-click in your message where you left off with the blank line, and hit "paste". You will get a string of gibberish that looks something like this: '< a href="some web address and the name of your picture and photobucket image and web hosting">
6) lather, rinse, repeat if necessary (just kidding) you can keep typing and adding more pics in this way.
7) When you go to preview your message, you should see your pictures then.
There is a test forum on Gardenweb if you want to try it out first. It's in the directory on the main page. Hope that helps!
