Michael's has arrived!

Michael's opened up in Brandon today!!

I didn't buy anything, but I did browse. Since Lewiscraft closed a few months ago there has been no craft store in Brandon.

I am waiting for the flyers to start arriving and then use the 40% off coupons that come in them.

Anyone else have a Michael's near you?

Do you go and what for?

Hi Brenda,
Lucky you.....I used to live near a Michael's. It was wonderful just to have the supplies available when needed.

I used to love to browse through Michaels and see and find new crafts and ideas.

Enjoy your new craft store and savings.

I buy all my grapevine wreaths there when they go on sale. And the small terra cotta pots & saucers, 4" and under, go on sale a couple or so times throughout the year - they used to be 3/$1 but I think the last sale was a little more expensive. Otherwise I buy the big bags of spanish moss, craft paint, glue sticks, oasis, and the bags of rocks. Most stuff is too expensive at regular price and their ready made arrangements are really priced high! Even the perpetual 50% off basket sale is still too much. I watch the flyers on-line and head in to Regina when there's a good sale, then stock up. Like Sierra, I also get ideas from browsing around. Enjoy!
