Thanks all!
Around my house I'm lucky if I get to sleep in! A couple bdays of my kids are 10-21 and 10-29. But I went and bought myself a new printer last night! Maybe I'll go out next week with a friend of mine to make up for it! Now I'm trying to figure out how to convince a bunch of kids to do yardwork for me in 30mph wind-- but it is 60F! LOL

Today I get to take a 13 yo shopping for fish woo hoo! Anyone want to do that one for me?

Maybe pudge but you don't know my 13 yo! She's an original to say the least! We ended up with a couple new guppies and a shrimp that's bigger than any fish in the tank! Would have had a frog too, but it posed the problem that it could eat the guppies and babies!

Happy birthday Vrie!

I used to do tropical fish, but they don�t suit my work schedule.
Your daughter is at a good age for them. I think that I was about that age when I got into that.

Both of my younger guys had fish for a few years, too. We went the frog route and the shark route, too. I had to give the one surviving irridescent shark to a friend with a huge tank when "Sharky" got to be half the size of the 10 gallon tank - about 8" or 9" long! She gave him to someone else after he grew to about 12" long. Last she saw him, he was still doing well and he is now at least 5 years old. Nice fish, though.

Happy belated birthday. I hope the fish shopping went well. We also have fish....a bird, and 2 degus. We have also had frogs , iguanas and other lizard things. And for years they've been trying to convince me into a dog, but......I don't have time for me let alone a puppy.

P.S. I'd go shopping for you too. I love shopping except for buying groceries. I think it's because groceries costs so much and cuts into my plant/perennial/rose budget.
