| Sharon, great pictures! Here are a few of my M’s. I will post the misc pictures and then plants. M is for Mulching my flowerbeds. I like to use flax shives. They are easy to work with, lightweight, look good and are an excellent barrier to weed seeds. Here is one of the new hosta beds that I planted up last summer/fall, mulched.
This Mirror is at my cousin’s place. It is made of old barn boards.
Here are the muffins I make for my sons. Each are the size of 4 regular muffins.
Moly Allium I have had for years and years. Each year it blooms better than the year before.
I wasn’t sure where I should put these next two daylilies in our Far North alphabet. So, I decided that since they are Montfort daylilies without names from their own crosses at Montfort, I would put them into the M’s. So, here is 02-39 Montfort daylily. I love the way the petals curl back on itself.
Here is the second no name daylily that I bought from Montfort...99-C1.
Mae Graham Daylily
Malaysian Monarch Daylily
Maria Tillsbury Daylily
Maymont Double Daylily
Milk Chocolate Daylily
Mini Pearl Daylily
Musical Interlude Daylily
Michailovskyi Fritillaria has a much smaller flower than I expected. But, it is really different, the deer did not eat it and it bloomed for a long long time.
Mayan Moon Hosta before the deer ate it.

Monkshood. This is one I got at a garage sale years and years ago.
Mona Lavender Plectranthus I bring into the house and place into the sunroom each fall. It is just starting to put out new growth now. I will probably take a few cuttings off it in the next few weeks.
Moss Rose Portulaca is another annual that I bring in the sunroom for the winter.
Miss Willmott Potentilla
Monarch's Velvet Potentilla was new in 2007 and somehow I missed taking a picture of its flowers.
I have just over half a dozen kinds of the Morden series of roses. Here is a couple pictures I took last summer... I love the little rose buds on the Morden Blush Rose.
Morden Ruby Rose is planted near the walkway between the house and greenhouse, where I walk all the time. I love it there. I have a Blue Boy clematis planted next to it and they look great together.
