| Laurie, the tree peony had a lot of winterkill and is down to a short stick. I'm hoping it will come back. When yours blooms, give it a sniff - mine was not nicely scented at all and i'm wondering if they're all like that. Peonies usually smell so nice that it was a bit of a shock when i stuck my nose in that one! LOL |

| Beautiful spring photos everyone, I can't believe how way ahead you gals are in your gardens, are you sure your zone 3. LOL... My garden is just starting ;) I had some crocus blooming but the damn pocket gopher ate them before I could take a photo!

| The tulip in the first picture is a Greigii tulip...with the red stripes on the leaves. I can't remember the name..as they were planted a few years ago. The second pic shows Kaufmanniana 'fashion' in the back and Kaufmanniana 'ancilla' in the front. Great pics all! Sierra |
