Nice pictures Sharon! I have only a few duplicates in my D alphabet posting of ones you have posted. Once again, things that bloomed in the past in my yard that I would have posted in previous years' alphabet threads are not here.

D is for Deer Damage. Here is the Mayan Moon Hosta that was nibbled on overnight on Aug 14, 2008. Grrrrrr....

I took this picture a few weeks ago of one of the many Deer in the area quickly running away from our Dog. It had been in my perennial flowerbed.

D is for Dog. Jazz is our border collie. I caught her eating and she still has something in the corner of her mouth. But, I like this picture of her coming around the side of the bush.

D is for Dividing perennials, repotting and getting them ready for the farmer’s market. Here is a picture of some of the crates filled with divided perennials, already labeled and priced, in my black crates on top of my temporary pellet tables.

Lovely pictures Sharon and Brenda. It's been a year or better since I did any posting here and it seems everyone that was here has gone elsewhere. I still look in occasionally but that is it. I did hardly no gardening last summer other than weeding because my woodworking has become a bigger hobby and is paying well also. I also had some family issues which also took a lot of my time.

Thanks for taking the time to post such lovely flowers. Makes me think of spring which can't come quick enough with all this cold weather we have been having.
May you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Cheers Al

Dropmore catmint that I've had for years. It's such an easy going perennial. It occurred to me that I should divide it so I can plant more of it.

Dropmore catmint

This started out as a nursery pot dahlia. I wintered the tiny tubers and it performed so much better the second year.

A dianthus that I forget the name of.
