Need Help IDing Feeder Visitor

Can anyone tell who this little guy might be? Not a great picture but was about the size of a large Robin, soft grey colour all over except for wing tips and tail which were black. You can just see the black markings under the eyes. Haven't seen this one here before.

Whoever he/she is, its always nice to see something new!! Thanks all!

Looks like it could be a Shrike.
