Cold Frame vs Greenhouse

| O.K. This is probably going to be considered a dumb question but..............
What is the difference between a cold frame and a greenhouse?
As far as I can tell, the only difference would be the height and ease of use. A greenhouse you could walk into, a cold frame, not.

| You can grow full sized plants in a greenhouse. Also, they're heatable. |

| but you can use heating cables in the soil for a cold frame right? |
