As I stare out my kitchen window I can see the huge mess I left in the greenhouse. Dead tomato plants greet me as I struggle to open the door because of a snow drift. It is chinooking here today in the foothills of Alberta so off I go to try and clean up the mess I left. It has to get done or I won't be able to reach the pots I need to start all those wonderful plants. Anyone else out there wishing they had finished a few more things last fall? Or am I the only one who kept saying tomorrow I'll get to it. Cheryl

Oh yes, me too. I didn't exactly forget to bring in all my non-frostproof containers, but winter came early and I had procrastinated too long. I wonder if any will make it or if they will all be smashed when they thaw out? :(

I found one container already broken last fall. It was hidden under Darius' Little Princess spirea. As for anything else, i think i finished everything i needed to in the fall. Can't think of anything i should have done. One of the perks of working half-time now.
