Peruvian Daffodil

I recently bought a pack of Peruvian daffodils (Hymenocallis festalis) at Cosco here in Edmonton. I was wondering if anybody has experiences with them here in the far north? Also do I have to start them indoors to get blooms this summer or can I plant them out in May?

Yes, I have grown Peruvian daffodils. You can plant them after the risk of all frost is gone and they will bloom about end of July early Aug. They are fast growers once they start. They must be lifted in the fall.
