| Has anyone had experience with growing a Paperbark Maple Tree (Acer griseum ) in Zone 5 or lower? I have been considering getting one for our property but all the literature I have found indicates they are hardy to Zone 6. Any input is appreciated.
Thank you! |

| Zone 5 should not be a problem at all, unless sited incorrectly. I know of several that have tried in zone 4 without success. One in zone 4 with success for 10+ years, but he is in a very protected and unique little microclimate. Rick |
