This is the first year that my ROS survived the winter. I think that was because it was a fairly mild winter. Last year I traded for some seeds for white or white with a red eye. I winter sowed them and they came up great. I decided to plant them in 1 gallon pots and see how they did. In the fall, I sunk the pots into the ground instead of planting. About a month ago (we were having a lot of rain), I dug up the pots and moved them to my cold greenhouse. Out of 7, 4 are now leafing out. Can't wait to see what color they will be. If they get big enough, I will plant them in a permanent location this fall. Marg
