Hard Pruned Roses

Hi All! Due to that hard frost we had last week, I had to prune a few of our new rose shrubs really hard. Winnipeg Parks and Morden Blush have basically been reduced to main cane that is about 8-10" tall. Does anyone think they will recover and produce new growth or have I mangled them beyond repair?

They will be fine. Sometimes I have to prune right down to the ground. They always rebound and look perfect.
