Best tasting fruit

I am thinking about planting some fruit trees and would like to ask your opinion for best tasting pear, cherry, plum, and grape that I would be able to grow here in Edmonton. I don't want to choose something that isn't palatable. I would use the fruit for fresh eating. Right now, I am leaning toward getting these although I don't have any first hand experience. If you could suggest a better tasting one, I'd appreciate it.

Pear- Ure

Cherry - Crimson Passion

Plum - Mount Royal

Grape - Valliant

For a start I would go with a nice apple, something like Norkent or September Ruby.
If you like sour cherry then go with Evans.
Mt. Royal plum, [ European, this is like a prune plum] is good but not super hardy, slow growing tree, perhaps OK for Edmonton?
A Supreme or Pembina plum, [Japanese] is good too but need pollinator.
Valliant is good...if you like sour with a somewhat a funny flavour....I like it.
Raspberry is good, so are many other berries.

My mom got her hands on and successfully grew a Bing cherry here in Edmonton, her yard was very sheltered, but for a cherry off the tree...
