Frequent reseeding in a cool, moist, shady area. Once it begins to flower, pull it out and reseed. You might want to have 3 rotating patches going this way.

It grows really well under shoplights (a few inches from the light) in the winter. I'm growing plants outdoors this summer in hopes of getting them to go to seed so I have a cheap winter seed source. Store-bought coriander seeds in spice jars once upon a time worked great, but now they all seem to be hot-water treated to kill insects, which unfortunately also kills the seed. My outdoor plants, seeded in mid-May, would now be at your leafy stage like at grocery stores. Got to thin them to 20 cm or so apart to let them go to seed.
