I know -- with all the rain that we've been having -- that I can't be the only one who's spent all waking hours "harvesting" the bumper crop of chickweed (stellaria media) that's sprouted overnight. Since weed biomass has now outgrown my planted vegetables, I thought I'd get revenge by eating it, but find it unpleasant in salads. Does anyone have a good recipe for chickweed?
