Muckle Plum

This is an interesting ornamental landscaping tree that I understand is used in Canada, but rare here in the U.S..
A zone 2 hardy small tree covered with rose-colored blooms in the spring and foliage that turns to orange-red in the fall. Anyone have any experience with this plant? Also, does anyone know a source I can order it from? Thanks.
