South facing wall, reflected sun and heat .

I have a south facing southern zone 3 garage wall, pastel yellow in color, that reflects alot of heat and sun onto the strip of garden in front of it. I have ammended the soil but, as you can imagine, it requires watering. I have a grouping of daylillies, stella d oro, growing around the perimeter with mass of Black Eyed Susan's in the middle. I'm looking for a perennial filler in between the Black Eyed Susans because the Susan's growth rate and bloom time is far behind the daylilllies. The daylillies and Susan's do well here.

Oh for sure you'll need a couple of Perovskia atriplicifolia Russian Sages in there, they love the heat!

I have lots of Asiatic lilies in a south facing foundation planting and they love it there.

Blue sage, coneflowers, blue flax, liatris, yarrow, lilies potentilla and sedums all do well on the south side of my house. I even have some roses planted there.LOL

I'd like to thank Crazy gardener, Pudge and Sazzyrose for their advice in this situation. Of the plants mentioned I have an excess of (if there is such a thing) Oriental Lillies and Sedums in the back yard. I think I'll transplant some to the south wall. I am in your debt. Thanks all for your input.
