These would be the tangutica ones? C. tangutica 'Radar Love' is who they are, then. I planted one out the summer after they were winter-sown and it was fine - still growing strong, as a matter of fact. :)

I gave the others away, so i can't vouch for what they did, though i do know that at least one other one survived the winter.

I transplanted some seedlings late last summer and we are in the dry zone here near Saskatoon. Only 1 or 2 out of 6 died. They were in hard places to survive!

Tangutica is very hardy and pretty difficult to kill so I think you will do fine with your seedlings. They self sow all over and the little guys will grow like crazy if you let them. I'm always yanking them out of my bed.(my garden bed that is! LOL)
