I have a Russian Sage, it's about 16" H, extremely healthy, there is numerous white foamy gobs on the plant, have seen it before but not too this extend, who is the creator of this sticky stuff ? and what is it ? i feel is not going too affect my plant, is it a breeding facility for some bugs, or worms? Thanks for any information, flemming.
