Another summer bites the dust :(

I was expecting it though. Last summer was hot in Saskatchewan. We NEVER get two hot summers in a row. If we did, hell would freeze over.
I guess there's still August, but the long range forecast calls for more cool and wet with all this Pacific air crossing the country. Where was it in winter, and WHY did it choose to arrive in the summer???

It was blazing hot last year and the year before in MB. This June and July were hot and now we've got the same as Marcia. There's nothing above 22 degrees in the long term forecast!

It was 9C this morning when I got up. I agree, this cool weather is doing nothing for the tomatoes. And the mosquitoes are horrific.

Yes, that's right - below normal for the next two weeks. I guess as long as the sun shines it won't be so bad. And to put things into persepective, i read on Facebook today that the pool (outdoor) in my home town was closed today due to the temperature. So i checked and it was only 7 there and the wind made it feel like 2!!

Man wish we could combine for a happy medium. We are going on three plus weeks of 35C ish weather.

We could mix the temperatures and come up with a nice tolerable 25!

Yeah, I need to get my clearing by mouth team out. In this heat they are becoming solitary and only taking individual fruit off.... Losing the native role.
