Tuesday I received my order from Chapmans. Not only did I get the ones I had ordered + the extra one but he sent 3 extra besides! I had ordered all tall bearded so he sent an IB, MDB and a SDB. He sent Ming, Forever violet and Jane's Palette. I should have quite a bit of color next spring if all bloom. Okay, I know not all will bloom but I can always hope can't I? Marg

Hi Marg,

It is exciting isn't it when your order arrives. Now the wait till next year to see what blooms. I got Ming as a sub, Forever violet because I ordered it and Jane's Palette as a freebie.

I also was lucky enough to get some iris locally this year just for digging them to divide. I also bought a pot of a heritage iris from the farmer's market. $4 for the gallon pot......had 10 rhizomes in it.

Now all we have to do is get through the long winter
