| There's a few plum trees in the house we moved into. They have pink flowers in spring and dark red/violet freestone fruit slightly bigger than a quail's egg. The fruit is just maturing now. The flesh is sweet and the skins are tart and slightly tannic. |

| Interesting.. I've never seen a pink flowering fruiting plum. Please post pictures when ripe. |
