Good Grief !

We finally get some decent weather without rain, but now have to deal with grasshoppers and the millions of flying, translucent winged, tiny black bugs that cling or stick to everything. My beans and tomatoes are plastered with them. I didn't have the nerve to check my flowers, since they're finally blooming the way they should have weeks ago. If my flowers are being invaded I'll probaby lose it for sure, after such a terrible growing season. There's thousands of them !

Could someone please tell me what they are?

I sure hope they're just very annoying and not doing any harm. Even my grocery bags had some on them when I brought them from the car to the house =:(

Is everyone else being invaded, too?
