Looking for someone from Iceland

I have a non plant-related question for someone from Iceland and I figured I'd have more luck here than in my normal forum (Tropical Fruits).
Basically, I have a friend who is looking to buy a small stuffed toy from some little shop in Iceland (to replace her child's lost toy, apparently it is a very specific and sentimental item...) and she can't figure out how to buy something from them since they don't seem to be set up to sell things online (over the phone won't work either b/c of a language barrier/time difference or something like that).
So any advice on how to buy something from Iceland and have it shipped to California? Can they do Paypal? Mail cash (its only a few dollars)? I know Iceland isn't in the EU, but will places take Euros? Would it be easier to have a friend in the Netherlands buy it and have it sent to her?
Thanks! Hope you all aren't frozen!

Do you figure we're in Iceland here? LOL

To answer all your questions - try Google. :)

Well I'm sure there are some Baffin Islanders and Svalbardians too. :)

Google wasn't too helpful and I figured information from someone with direct experience might be more useful.

RE: Looking for someone from Iceland

We've had Icelandic people post here before but that was years ago. Most of us are from the southern part of the Far North. :)

RE: Looking for someone from Iceland

Most people on this forum are way closer to Cali than to Iceland. Baffin Island? Really? Try Google for your questions.
