Fasciation Veronica

I noticed that Veseys is selling a new Veronica called 'Christa'. Looks like a Fasciation Veronica to me?

Here is a photo of mine I took this past summer.

RE: Fasciation Veronica

Yes, it sure does look like it's a fasciation, doesn't it?

RE: Fasciation Veronica

I can sell you 3 roots for $29.95 ;) LOL

I wonder if they will go back to normal in a few years?

RE: Fasciation Veronica

Yup I think it's fasciated too. I can't see a cultivar being able to promise anything more than an increased tendency to fasciate... I could be wrong though. I think you would get at least some regular blooms off any plant.

RE: Fasciation Veronica

Actually now I'm thinking about Celosia... maybe it could be a stable gene. Hmmm. Sharon you need to charge a dollar less and put them out of business LOL.

RE: Fasciation Veronica

Found another picture of the plant and the side words are all in Dutch...

Looks like it commonly has a wider flower spike in the center.
