Mahogany Splendor Hibiscus

I was wanting to grow this hibiscus. Everything I've read about it says it has Japanese maple like foliage, no mention of any flowers. The main reason I like it is the foliage. Has anyone ever grown it and had it flower? I like growing plants for foliage so if it doesn't flower that's o.k.

It is a nice foliage plant , but does not flower for me.

Mine blooms profusely with ruby red blooms. I am near the space coast of Florida
