| A sweet elderly lady that gardens all the time has informed me of a flower called, grandpa's whiskers.
She is unable to communicate now due to health issues. Anyone have any idea where I can locate this flower, plant? Anyone heard of it? CAM |

| I have a tree that my mother used to call Grandpa Whiskers. Can you describe the plant you are looking for? The one I have has very fragrant white whisker like blooms. My tree is old and it is appearing to be dying and I would love to know the correct name so I may get another. It blooms early spring. |

| The flower you are looking for is Cleome. It comes in pink, and white. It is a prolific reseeder...and can get very tall and rangy..so be careful...plant it where you REALLY want it. I don't know about the tree...why don't you try to propogate the tree? |
