| Is there one plant that has it all...interesting foliage, beautiful, fragrant flowers with a long bloom time, perennial, low mainanance etc etc... |

| Rose Of Sharon (Althea) is great for the Houston climate. When ewell established it needs little water or attention. It blooms in the late summer and can be used as a hedge or fence. I refer to it as a wall of flowers. Another Houston Gardner |
