What are your favorite online nurseries?

I have a brand new baby at home, and we also have a brand new house that needs some plants. I am finding it tough to go to the nursery to pick out plants, but I'm not sure what is a reputable, good nursery to buy plants from online.

Wanna help out? Tell me some great places you've purchased from, please? Thanks!

Annie's Annuals is interesting

Bluestone is good, I order from them every year when they have their 50% off sale. I've also been happy with Plants Delights and I order from Green Mountain Transplants, but those are "plugs" and take some extra pampering to get going.

I have compiled a list of different gardening-related websites you may like to look at. Go to www.freewebs.com/kathy547 & click on "favorite websites". These are sites I've actually ordered from myself or that I've picked up the name from somewhere.

Sorry to find this post so late, but I've found the best place to go is Davesgarden.com and click on Garden Watchdog. Then either enter your zip code to find places close to home that mostly do mail order, or look at the list of top 30 mail order nurseries. I believe you would be quite satisfied ordering from any one of those top 30 sites. Read a lot of the feedback before you order. I've ordered from Bluestone Perrenials (waited for their big spring sale) and got exactly what people had said I would get = inexpensive, healthy, very small plants. I planted them July 4th after holding them 3 weeks, and now in Nov. they are huge!
