 o
fushia plants

I bought a fushia plant at the beginning of summer. It was small when I started it and it did wonderfully, when I repotted it in a larger pot. Since then I have repotted into an even larger pot and it is doing awful, I haven't changed anything, it still hangs in the same place, but it seems to be wilting and dying. It doesn't have yellow leaves and is not turning brown, but it seems to be slowly dying. I have been feeding it once a week. Please help!!

Thank you,
Marla Spillman

RE: fushia plants

The high heat of summer will often do a Fuchsia in,so make sure it just has a little bit of morning sun,and keep it moist.
Also, check and make sure it isn't planted too deep....it'll rot if it's crown is planted too low.

Are you giving it a full strength feeding once a week? Sounds like too much to feeding to me. Also, they need lots of water, but make sure your pot is draining.

Marla, it might be better if you don't type your full name. Just a suggestion. Good luck with the fuchsia.
