Got Wrong Tree From Gardenerschoice.com

Three years ago I ordered just one tree from Gardenerschoice.com

This tree was suppose to have two kinds of plums, nectarens,
peaches and prunes on one tree.

The first year of production all I got was peaches on the tree, and I told Gardenerschoice that they sent the wrong tree.

The guy said too much time had passed to return the tree.

How could I know at an earlier time that the tree would only produce peaches? There was know way to know until the first year of production.

Should this company admit to a mistake and send the right tree?

It would have been wise to do a google search on this company - apparently they are NOT a good company to do business with!
