Attention Gardening Nuts! Survey Here!

| Not sure if this question has been asked, but I am curious to see how many people who enjoy gardening do not work with plants as their primary jobs. What is it that everyone does for their "40 per week" that makes you want to dive into the dirt as soon as you can? And why do you like to garden so much?
I am in accounting and sit in an office and look at numbers all day. Gardening allows me to let out my stress and be outside since I am stuck indoors most of the day. |

| I'm the same way stuck in the office all day at my computer, I'm in communications and marketing, but I feel the same way about letting out my stress. I like cooking too for the same reason. But the weather has actually started getting really nice which is making it even harder this time of year. |

| Since my primary job is having a ball doing whatever....., gardening and other having fun kinda things. I have always loved growing all sort of plants and anxiously looking for new growth on them as the following morning arrives. I am very fond of ones that bloom and just sprucing up around our home.

| I spend 40 hours a week as a special order expeditor for a major home renovations company, usually using a computer or talking on the phone so when I get home I usually stop to check for any new growth, have dinner and then do some weeding, watering and fertilizing. I am always on the lookout for new and exciting nurseries and garden centres, and usually spend Firday afternoon and Saturday's on "perennial plant roadtrips. |
