| I like watering the garden, because while I'm at it, I look at the big picture, at the individual plants, notice what's happening, what needs doing. Also I think the added bonus is that I look (and am!) busy while looking at the garden, compared to the times when the neighbours must wonder about my obsession when I just go out and look ... and nothing else. |

Definite favorite is hunting for new bulb foliage in the spring. Actually don't have to wait that long most years, the daffs & hyacinths & some tulips start showing their heads as early as February. Love to go out everyday and search the yard for new growth. Neighbors already know I'm obsessed! Carol |

| Believe it or not, I like weeding. It's easy, and you can see instant results, and even if you think you're done with an area, you can always find one more to pull. |
