Hi, my name is Dennis & I live in Knoxville, Tn. My dad always had a Brown Turkey fig that I enjoyed the fruit from. Two years ago I purchased a Brown Turkey bush that had several ripe fruit this past season. Last winter I bid on and won on eBay a auction for Chicago Hardy. Believe it or not, I rooted 6 of these and they grew about 5 ft tall and produced several delicious figs the same year. So I am now getting fig fever and want to try other varieties that might do well in the climate of east Tennessee.I think I want to grow Celeste and any other varieties I can get a cutting or two from that might grow well here.I can provide a few cuttings from Brown Turkey if anyone wants to do a trade.
