EL seems to be having web problems, at least with
selectively displaying figs. They only show 2 there.

When "Show All Plants" is selected, I see about 15 fig varieties.
Just scroll down about midway along the long list..

What i always do is open site- on left side of page i type in figs in the search engine .
Did so just now and 15 types are displayed 1 thats not available.
Also 1 can call to see if there is something not listed they may or may not have.
I did so years ago as a suggestion from another well known nursery and had shipped there Sals to me which was not listed.

I just went through plant category--> shrubs--> figs

figs are grown from cuttings at nurseries and they have a "conveyor belt" process from cutting to selling size. Grown in greenhouse to keep them growing at fast rate to reach sale point asap.
Assume nothing, just because you don't see it listed on their website, they may or may not be out. If you don't see it listed ASK...
ASK if they have other figs and let them know that you'll accept smaller plants.

They will keep a waiting list for PAID plants to reach selling size.

Seems just common sense, but sometimes we just take what we see at face value... One never knows for sure until you inquire within...

I did ASK... that was the point of this thread! and I figured the problem out by following a different path through to figs, where they were all listed.
